10 benefits of playing games
What is the game ?
Play is extremely important for humans from birth to death. Play is not meant to be just for children. It is a form of release and connection that can tap into creativity and can allow you the chance to connect with your inner child and the inner child of others.
Play is a state of mind, but it is also a state of body, emotion, and spirit. Yes...it is something you do (playing games, swinging, playing "tag", playing with dolls), but it is also something you watch others do, and gain pleasure from simply watching. It is often described as a time when we feel most alive, yet it is something we take for granted and may forget to do. It can be entirely positive, or can be dramatic (such as acting out a thrilling or suspenseful activity). Play can be used in many ways to not only stimulate creativity but as a way to transform negative emotions. We are hardwired as adults to engage in play, and it is crucial to our vitality to spend time with play each day.

Recipe #1
3 Pints Water 1/3 Bar Fels Naptha Soap, Grated 1/2 Cup Washing Soda 1/2 Cup Borax 2 Gallon Bucket 1 Quart Hot Water Cold Water
Mix Fels Naptha soap in a saucepan with 3 pints of water, and heat on low until dissolved. Stir in Washing Soda and Borax. Stir until thickened, and remove from heat. Add 1 Quart Hot Water to 2 Gallon Bucket. Add soap mixture, and mix well. Fill bucket with hot water, and mix well. Set aside for 24 hours, or until mixture thickens. Use 1/2 cup of mixture per load.
Recipe #2
1 Cup Grated Fels Naptha Soap 1/2 Cup Washing Soda 1/2 Cup Borax 2 Tablespoons Glycerin 2 Gallons Hot Water (NOTE: This recipe originally called for 2 Cups Water)
Mix all three ingredients together. Add glycerin and water. Use 1/2 - 3/4 cup per load. Best when used with cold or warm water.

Water 1 Bar Fels Naptha Soap, Grated 5 Gallon Bucket 1 Cup Washing Soda 4 1/2 Gallons Hot Water
Place grated soap in a small saucepan and cover with water. Heat on low until dissolved. Fill bucket with hot water, and add soap. Stir to combine. Add 1 cup washing soda and mix well. As it cools it will thicken. May be used immediately. Use 1-2 cups per load.
Powdered Laundry Detergent
1 Cup Grated Fels Naptha Soap 1/2 Cup Washing Soda 1/2 Cup Borax
For light load, use 1 tablespoon. For heavy or heavily soiled load, use 2 tablespoons.
TIPS
• Liquid detergent can also be used as a pretreater for stains.
• Ivory Soap, Deodorant Soap, and Beauty Bars can be substituted for the Fels Naptha Soap.
• Essential Oils can be added to soap for fragrance.
WHERE TO FIND INGREDIENTS
Fels-Naptha® Laundry Soap Bar: Made by the Dial Soap Company, so any store that carries Dial should be able to get it for you. If they carry it, it will be found in the bar soap or laundry soap aisle at your regular supermarket. It is usually on the bottom shelf. If you can't find it in your area, try Ivory Soap instead.
Super Washing Soda: Washing Soda can be found on the laundry detergent aisle of your supermarket. It comes in a 55-ounce yellow box. Baking soda SHOULD NOT be used in place of washing soda. They are completely different products, although they are both made by Arm & Hammer.
Borax: One brand name is 20 Mule Team® Borax. It is also found on the laundry detergent aisle.

നെയ്യാറ്റിന്കരയിലെ വിജയത്തിന്റെ പിതൃത്വമേറ്റെടുത്ത് സമുദായസംഘടനകളും കാറ്റുള്ളപ്പോള് പാറ്റാനിറങ്ങി. അഞ്ചാംമന്ത്രി വിവാദത്തിന്റെ ക്ഷീണം ഇനിയും വിട്ടുമാറാത്ത കോണ്ഗ്രസിനെ വീണ്ടും വിഷമവൃത്തത്തിലാക്കി 'നാടാര് മന്ത്രി' എന്ന ആവശ്യം സമുദായത്തില്നിന്ന് ഉയര്ന്നുകഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇനിയൊരു മന്ത്രിസഭാ പുനഃസംഘടന അസാധ്യമായ സാഹചര്യത്തില് കോണ്ഗ്രസ് നേതൃത്വം അങ്കലാപ്പിലായി. വിജയാഹ്ളാദം തീരുംമുമ്പാണു മന്ത്രിപദമാവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു നാടാര് സമുദായസംഘടനയായ വി.എസ്.ഡി.പി. രംഗത്തെത്തിയത്. പിറവം ഉപതെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ജയത്തിനുശേഷവും സ്ഥിതി വ്യത്യസ്തമായിരുന്നില്ല. അന്നു വിജയാഘോഷത്തിന് ഇടങ്കോലിട്ടത് മുസ്ലിംലീഗിന്റെ അഞ്ചാംമന്ത്രി പ്രശ്നമാണ്.
മന്ത്രിയുണ്ടെങ്കില് അതു മഞ്ഞളാംകുഴിക്കൊപ്പം എന്ന ലീഗിന്റെ നിലപാടിനേത്തുടര്ന്ന് അന്ന് അനൂപ് ജേക്കബിന്റെ സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ വൈകുകയും ചെയ്തു.
നെയ്യാറ്റിന്കരയിലെ വിജയം രാഷ്ട്രീയവോട്ട് കൊണ്ടാണെന്ന കെ.പി.സി.സി. പ്രസിഡന്റിന്റെ അവകാശവാദം ഫലം പൂര്ണമായി പുറത്തുവന്നതോടെ പൊളിഞ്ഞു. നാടാര് വോട്ട് ഏകീകരണമാണു വിജയാധാരമെന്നു വ്യക്തമായതാണ് മന്ത്രിസ്ഥാനം അവകാശപ്പെട്ടു രംഗത്തുവരാന് വി.എസ്.ഡി.പിയെ പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചത്. ഇതിനു സര്ക്കാര് ചീഫ് വിപ്പ് പി.സി. ജോര്ജും പിന്തുണയേകിയതു മുന്നണിക്കു കൂനിന്മേല് കുരുവായി. ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി സ്പീക്കര് എന്. ശക്തനെ മന്ത്രിയാക്കുകയാണു വി.എസ്.ഡി.പിയുടെ ഉന്നം. എന്നാല്, ഇതിനെതിരേ ലത്തീന് കത്തോലിക്കാ അസോസിയേഷന് രംഗത്തുവന്നു. തങ്ങളുടെ വോട്ടാണു ശെല്വരാജിനെ ജയിപ്പിച്ചതെന്നും അതുകൊണ്ട് തങ്ങള് നിര്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരെ മന്ത്രിയാക്കണമെന്നുമാണ് അവരുടെ നിലപാട്. ശക്തനെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കില്ല. ശെല്വരാജിനേയോ എ.ടി. ജോര്ജിനെയോ മന്ത്രിയാക്കണം എന്നതാണ് ലത്തീന് കത്തോലിക്കാ അസോസിയേഷന്റെ മനസിലിരിപ്പ്.
എന്നാല്, മന്ത്രിസഭാ പുനഃസംഘടനയെക്കുറിച്ചു ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടേയില്ലെന്നു മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ഉമ്മന്ചാണ്ടി കോട്ടയത്തു വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ശെല്വരാജിന്റെ മന്ത്രിസ്ഥാനത്തേക്കുറിച്ചും ആലോചിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
കെ.സി. ജോസഫിനെ മാറ്റി പകരം ശക്തനെ മന്ത്രിയാക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ഫോര്മുലകളും ചില ഭാഗങ്ങളില്നിന്ന് ഉയര്ന്നു. ഈ സമുദായവടംവലിക്കിടയില് കോണ്ഗ്രസിനുള്ളിലും അപസ്വരങ്ങള് ഉയര്ന്നുകഴിഞ്ഞു. തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനു മുമ്പുതന്നെ ശെല്വരാജിന്റെ സ്ഥാനാര്ഥിത്വത്തെ എതിര്ത്തിരുന്ന മുരളീധരന് വീണ്ടും ആഞ്ഞടിച്ചു. ശെല്വരാജിനു പകരം മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമായിരുന്നു സ്ഥാനാര്ഥിയെങ്കില് ഇന്നത്തെ സാഹചര്യത്തില് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം നാലിരട്ടിയായേനേ എന്നാണ് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞത്. ഈ നിലപാടുള്ളവര് പാര്ട്ടിയില് നിരവധിയുണ്ട്. സംഘടനാദൗര്ബല്യം ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി പാര്ട്ടി നേതൃത്വത്തിനെതിരേ പ്രസ്താവനയുമായി എം.എം. ഹസനും അരങ്ങുകൊഴുപ്പിച്ചു. സംഘടനാദൗര്ബല്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞ് പുനഃസംഘടനയുടെ കാര്യമാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ഓര്മിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
മുന്നണിക്കുള്ളിലും അപസ്വരമുയര്ന്നു. നെയ്യാറ്റിന്കരയില് വോട്ട് കുറഞ്ഞതു മകനെ അടിക്കാനുള്ള വടിയാക്കി ആര്. ബാലകൃഷ്ണപിള്ളയാണു തക്കംനോക്കി വെടിപൊട്ടിച്ചത്. മികച്ച പ്രതിച്ഛായയുള്ള മന്ത്രിയെന്ന് എല്ലാവരും അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന ഗണേഷ്കുമാറിനു പ്രചാരണച്ചുമതല നല്കിയ അതിയന്നൂര് പഞ്ചായത്തിലാണ് യു.ഡി.എഫ്. സ്ഥാനാര്ഥി മൂന്നാംസ്ഥാനത്തു പോയതെന്ന് കേരളാ കോണ്ഗ്രസി(ബി)ന് അഭിപ്രായമുണ്ട്.
എന്.എസ്.എസിന്റെ 'സമദൂരം' മൂലമാണു യു.ഡി.എഫ്. വിജയിച്ചതെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെട്ട് വോട്ടെണ്ണലിനു പിന്നാലെ ജനറല് സെക്രട്ടറി ജി. സുകുമാരന്നായരും രംഗത്തുവന്നിരുന്നു.
